This guide explains how to answer a call on a specific VoIP phone

Prerequisite
You must be a Sr Geek Consulting VoIP Cloud Services user
How to
You can answer someone else’s phone call by dialing ** followed by their extension number.
If you have a speed dial / blf button for that user the key should be blinking red when they have a ringing call on their phone and you can pick it up by simply pressing that button.*
*Does not apply for the Grandstream GXP1630.
